Researchers have explored the concept of “practical stability” in literature, pointing out that stability investigations always guarantee and inverse is not true. The means origin an equilibrium point convergence system state towards a ball centered at origin. primary purpose this work to investigate notation practical for new class fractional-order systems using general conformable derivative. As second objective, nonlinear condition chosen novel it Lipschitz as customary, which original itself. In addition, some analysis related LMI techniques was used prove main results. To begin, method stabilization provided. Following that, proposed system’s observer design presented. Also, principle separation described. Finally, numerical example offered demonstrate methodology’s validity.
